This morning, I took my Granddaughter to the Typo store in the Tauranga Crossing Mall at the Lakes and was horrified by the fact that when we went to purchase the "Frozen Lemon micro heart premium Arlow pencil case" that was ON THE 50% OFF SALE RACK (that also had many other duplicates of the same product), I then was told by a young sales assistant that that pencil case was NOT ON SALE!!. I was not impressed at all with the Typo Store Service and the fact that when I asked to speak to the manger A Shop MANGER was not available FOR THAT STORE OR ANY OTHER WORKERS THERE that I could talk to about this situation. Shops are required to honor shop pricing under the Fair-trading act. My Granddaughter was extremely upset about this, as am I.
Once we arrived back at home, I went to call the New Zealand Cotton On Group customer service to get help to address this issue. The Voice audio Customer Service mentioned a waiting time of 3 minutes which ended after I waited for over 25 minutes and still NO answer still. I will be waiting to hear from you because this situation is unacceptable!! I would have expected much better Service on all fronts!!
