Phoned & talked with Gareth Hogg, P/Nth Mag & Turbo on Wed 4-2-25. Booked car in for Fri 7-2-25 for rear guard rolling, new 19" Forum Icon mags & tyres. Arrived 8am, opened at 8.30. I walked in as Hogg went out the back, after a few minutes a 2nd guy behind the desk asked if he could help. Gave him my name & told him why I was there, he replied with only guard rolling has been noted. I replied with 'REALLY'. Hogg arrived back at the desk 4 min later, didn't acknowledge my presence. He sat there for another minute, then his mate said something about me, they talked. Hogg then looked up & said Mags & tyres weren't mentioned, none were ordered. I reiterated that I had told him what I wanted done. He just looked at me blankly! He should've had enough sense to know that if guard rolling is to be done, the wheel with tyre fitted, needs to be available to check it's going to fit. At no time did his face show any emotion from the time I arrived or left or did he give me any courtesy of a Hello/ smile etc. My last words were 'UNREAL' & turned & walked out. They just missed out on me spending over $3k. & both of them didn't bat an eye lid or try & rectify the issue. I've since paid a deposit & have ordered the same through another firm. Will never deal with this branch again & will make sure others know how I was treated. 2 sides to the story! Hogg needs to open his ears when someone is speaking to him about what they're requiring. Smile & be more personable to customers, rectify his wrongs & not just let a customer walk away. Hoggs a tool. Cheers
