NEVER AGAIN - WORST SERVICE EVER
I have been given the run around for months - even the Team Leader doesn;'t call back.
I have 32 communications with Ezibuy and their partner NoniB and still no response. I am owed a refund from return of frocks ordered from Liz Jordan but sent from Ezibuy. Returned to where they came from. Nobody wants to take responsibility for this. Problem is now 2 months old. Come on ezibuy I have been a customer of yours since you started do the honorable thing and talk to me. customer no. 6592684 will find me!

Never ever again am I buying from Ezibuy as its really not a Ezi buy at all. Ordered online half my order was cancelled due to it being sold out. Then a week later rest of my order cancelled due to not being available. Still waiting for a refund its been 6 weeks. Called and emailed many times keep getting same response 2-4 working days. Doubt i will ever get my money. Call centre staff have no clue. Terrible service
Appalling service! one month after ordering still have not received the merchandise which I though I had bought from a NZ company with a product available in NZ. Two weeks to get a standard response to two emails asking where my order was with no information. Never again will I purchase from this company.
Pathetic - Somebody at Ezibuy in your call centre is debiting my credit card illegally and the only numbers I can find are for your call centre. I will NEVER use EZI BUY AGAIN
