You deserve no stars. Can’t get through on any of the numbers. My ping balance hasn’t come through yet. What bullshit
I have been a trader on T/M for many years. I am 79 years old and have a husband with a traumatic brain injury. Over the past couple of years several members of my family have moved in with us to help with my husband. We have all been selling on T/M to downsize our possessions. Suddenly T/M has frozen all our accounts and we cannot even bid on auctions. They will not give us any logical reason for this. This is causing us all a great deal of anguish. We are mostly elderly. T/M hides behind the fact that it is impossible to speak to anyone and I have spent hours sending emails with no resolution. Shame on T/M
Unethical business only interested in making money and not about human beings. I'm 80 and T/M's 'Trust and Safety' team have deleted my husband and my accounts. We have done nothing wrong and have been trading since its inception. T/M cannot be reached by phone and will not give us a reason. They are impregnable! Shame on you.
I am 80 and am now on pills from my doctor because of the way, as a long term user, I have been treated by Trade Me. They hide behind the fact that they are not able to be contacted by phone and employ rude bullying staff. They have dreadful feedback on Trust Pilot and the sooner that they go out of business the better. A truly arrogant, unethical , unscrupulous business.
Not a company to trust. Dreadful feedback but they don't appear to care. Such a shame as they used to be a really good selling platform. Now the administrators should hang their heads in shame. They are ging downhill fast!

Got an email from Trade me wanting me to pay for listings that i have paid.
Have tried to contact Trademe Email are not able to be send . phone numbers disconnected.
So bad that I have to delete my account. Trademe are a faceless corporation who take weeks to get back to you while refusing to transfer your money. Even then they are computer generated replies. I have a case going with the Commerce Commission and am about to file an online fraud case on Trademe. There are other cheaper places to sell things like CHRONO24 for watches and FREE to list and lower success feeds than rip off TM.
I am having issues with Afterpay associated only with Trademe and have spent hours trying to contact Trademe on every platform and simply cannot get through.Im sure I am not alone with this frustration. Please read my private message on facebook and instagram and contact me. Thank you
