They need to have negative stars, no call backs, no emails back, no doing what they say. The lounge suite, 2 x draws and 2 x adjustable chairs we Brough all at the same time have all broken within 2 years. Crap products, crap customer service!! Sent in warranty forms and photos and crickets!! 2 years later and still waiting for them to sort broken couch and draws. Run a mile, don’t shop here!!!

We bought a couch from these close almost 13 weeks ago still not received it they do not contact you to let you know that there has been a delay very poor service would not recommend them

Very poor ordered the couch in December have not Received the couch yet still waiting has been almost 13 weeks now would not buy anything from this company again very poor service

Absolutely disgusting service. After waiting 6 weeks for an entertainment unit we were told it would be another 2 weeks so we have decided to cancel the order and get our money back. Wonder how long this will take???? Will never buy from Big Save anywhere in NZ ever again.

Don't deserve any stars at all. I purchased a sofa bed on 22/1/2022. I have on my invoice it could take 16 to 20 weeks for delivery. I was fine about that as it was exactly the Sofa bed I wanted. Today is the 17 June 2022. I have phoned a few times and even went into the Bayfair store to get some sort of information of what is gong on. Totally disappointed with Big Save. I still have had no more in formation. Now I read the Terms and conditions in the very small writing on my invoice that it will cost me $100 to cancel my order. All I want is for some to tell me today if I will have my sofa bed in the next 5 days or just give me my money back. Never ever will I deal with this company. My lesson has been learnt through extremely poor communication.

Ordered a couch and paid in full 22/01/22 told I would get it in about 16 to 20 weeks. Well that was fine at the time. During this time I did make contact just to make sure everything is all good. I have had the worst communication over this. So I did leave messages and emails and even put on this website my rant (But my message was taken down. Then I get this email From: MM

No money. This is beyond the joke. I feel like putting a billboard up and telling the New Zealanders what a joke Big SAve is

We recently purchased your Falcon Lounge Suite on 9th May from your Tauranga store and was informed by the sales person that it would be in the country on 25th June and someone would call us to advise a delivery date.
On 26th June I called the store to enquire if the Lounge Suite had arrived into the country, as nobody had kept me updated, and was told that it was in the country and would be delivered the following Thursday or Friday and someone would be calling me to clarify. Again nobody called.
On 30th June I called the store again, only to be informed that the Lounge Suite was NOT in the country and was now due at the end of the month!!
I am disgusted with the lack of communication and customer service. My wife went to the store on 2nd July to get a refund which, apparently takes 3 days?
and 1 week on, we still haven’t been refunded. We will definitely NOT be shopping at Bigsave again and will be spreading the word to family and friends and Social media sites.
I look forward to your response which probably won’t happen.
Ps, I had to put one star for the review but you don’t even deserve that.

Went to big save palmerston north to buy a longe suite and a few other items.We were ready to look at buying on the day but to hear that the delivery cost was going to be $600 i walked straight out the door.

Honestly don't even deserve one star. Highly disappointed in waiting nearly three months for furniture to be delivery, don't even do a courtesy call about where it's at expects me to sort out their problem. Promised it would be delivered today it's not 5:50pm and still nothing. I rang about 3:30 was told it was still being delivered today. Was rang back at 4:15pm to be told it would be delivered by five and I'm still waiting. To say I am disgusted in the service and disappointed is and understatement

The bald guy in Ahuriri who stands at the window on the second floor yelling at people on the entering the Medical Centre. Crickey, get a life m8! You’ve put me off coming to Big Save & to hear that’s something you do very often is just disgusting.
