Appalling customer service. Delivery instructions were ignored - vacuum cleaner was just dumped over my front fence in the rain. I was home and both my front and back doors were wise open. I emailed to express my disappointment at the poor setvice and Briscoes did not even bother to reply or acknowledge my complaint. I would not shop there again. I wish I had checked and seen all the negative reviews online before shopping there. Lesson learned. Don't expect good customer service.
