Zero stars - purchased a kaboodle kitchen thru Bunnings Te Rapa. I strongly recommend anyone thinking of doing the same to source somewhere else. Kaboodle are a disaster: lengthy waiting time for delivery of cabinetry and replacement products thst arrived faulty defective products- obvious chips in door and side panel, missing cabinet door and non communication from kaboodle. Reflects badly on Bunnings as they appear to let kaboodle get away with it. Seriously, source a kitchen from anywhere else other than Bunnings/kaboodle.
Get you act together Bunnings. If you have changed packaging on your product, don't say its in store and then your system doesn't recognise it. Your staff are trying to find it (and to be fair they were trying their best). We have visited three stores which says it's in stock. You wont sell us the display one as you said you spent time putting it together. Well, our time is precious too and we have spent wasted time driving around four of your stores. The item is I/N: 2583029. Please update your system. I rang Head Office to talk to you about it but of course everyone was in "meetings"....... of course they were......

I purchased a Bellini Dishwasher from Timaru in June 24, and it did NOT work. I took it back and exchanged it for another Bellini which worked well until 3 weeks ago. I took it back and exchanged it for an Everdure which worked well for ONE cycle, then poured water over the floor and all controls were jammed. Monaco sent out an electrician who confirmed that the mother board had failed. Today I took it back to Timaru and got a full refund. This was my third trip from Oamaru (round trip is 200kms) to get a resolution for faulty machines. Timaru Staff have been excellent in dealing with this ongoing problem, but this has involved 600kms of mileage to get to where we are now. Bellini customer care is dreadful and totally rude and bored. Monaco were OK and sent out their repair man. I have purchased a replacemnt unit elsewhere which I hope lasts for more than one cycle!
