2bd visit to this store My wife brought some some sparkling water and sone chocklates from the henderson store, overrlooked that it was dated stock thought it was a good idea to give mums . When i looked at the packaging it had passed it expiry date do wentvyo return it myself. On arrival i was told cannot do refunds etc thats okay but wBted to swap but wzs not allowed, instead i was adjed yo keVe the store cery rudeky by all the 4 of the staff. Its a pity that crackerjack hires this quality staff who have no custmet acumen , being a business person myself i wolud think that these staff should be there at all. I pity the sale of this store . Yesterday I ordered 4 packs of nescafe creamy latte from Manukau.As I had not had an e mail by this morning I rang the store.I might as well have talked to a brick wall.without a reference number I got nowhere the only words I can think of are "Totally Pathetic"
