This number doesn't exist. It's absolute rubbish to contact them with a phone number. Very poor customer care.
I am seriously pissed off. I purchased a 4G Volte HAC flip phone (Zeaway) and it will not hold a charge. I have lodged a complaint - their ref 18609846. After days of waiting they have come back and asked for a video in order to assess the fault. What a load of crap - how do I video a flat battery ? I am frustrated that it is taking so long to get an answer or even help. As I purchased the phone through Disk Smith I look to you to get me an answer or a replacement
unit. A week of waiting for an intelligent response is not good enough.
