Handed my ring in at Goldmark, Albany on 4 June 2023 to be resized. At the same time handed in my husband’s ring to be resized. His ring arrived after 2 weeks. Mine, they don’t know where it possibly could be. The staff member at Goldmark Albany assures me they are phoning the jewellers to locate me ring and will phone me back. Not once have they done that. I phone 3-4 times per day to follow up. They just not communicating. They said they will fw me the email where they are enquiring about my ring and still I have not seen that. At least the staff member informs me she is now going on her days off but will follow up when she is back. This is poor service at its best. No communication, no one knows where are my wedding rings. I will never use Goldmark again for anything. I want my wedding rings and they can’t tell me where it is.
