Yesterday on August 17th my trip from hamilton to newplymouth was the worst bus trip ive ever had. Bus was replaced by a stuffy cold hard seats. Im still sore now. Its 5 hours i will never get back. Im sure i wont be the only passenger who is complaining. Ive been a loyal and regular customer for many years. Im deeply dissatisfied. I believe i should be at least refunded or given a credit for a return trip to hamilton .
