I have worked in customer service for a long time and I have never seen such a bad attitude and body language from the young girl who just served me in Blenheim. She obviously hates her job and there was no acknowledgement hello thankyou at all.If I was in charge she would be out the door so fast or sent to a customer service course.Bad look KFC.
KFC Wanganui what can i say but nothing nice went there for tea through the drive through and this happens regularly when we go there far to much seasoning its like a salt mine you're trying to eat i couldnt eat even half of it no napkins and no spoons how are you supposed to eat the potato and gravy and the drink machine still not going after how many years now who ever runs this circus should be at McDonald's they accept clowns

Worst customer service ever. 236 days, 10 very polite emails sent with replies received after each one promising me someone will contact me within 3 - 5. I'm still waiting for that to happen ...... Come on KFC, meet the most basic of customer care promises and get someone to call me
Hi there I'm just emailing to complain about the whangarei south (next to gull gas station) KFC regarding the opening hours I've waited 30mins for them to open at 12pm like the sign on the door says and it's now 12.18pm and the shops not opening and there's lots of ppl waiting getting very disgruntled out front I think this is very pore a big corporation like this should have the right signage and hours on the door a staff member just said there not opening tell 1 he yelled out to the ppl out front this isn't fair when ppl are all waiting out front . I've got all my kids crying and has made a big family fight this is very pore service and communication.
I’ve tasted / eaten kfc all over the world some very good some fantastic , tiday I brought kfc from ur Pukekohe branch , and to be honest it was the worst kfc I’ve ever eaten , it was tasteless , the chicken dry and tasteless and the famous EKG’s coating on the chicken was flavourless chips were mostly scrappy hard , have kfc lowered their standards , because the food I purchased from this branch certainly wasn’t worth the $30 of my hard earned money

KFC rips off cancer patient. First time ordering KFC online and for years. Ordered 5 item's last night. Only 4 item's delivered. Contact Whakatane KFC at 7.45 last night, to complain about order short. They say they will deliver missing item, never to be heard from since. KFC RIP OFF.
