My grandmother went to purchase a specific perfume. The server Kiri gave her a different product and had gift wrapped it. We ended up opening the product as it was a gift and she realized they gave her the wrong product. My grandmother had the impression she was sold a Gucci product. We called and the manager Peter, in his word said my grandmother may have been confused, Because she's old? How can do you get DOLCE AND GABBANA mixed up with GUCCI! I asked for a customer care number only to be told there was none, and found the details on the website that I can call and email.
Exactly the same experience as the review before me. Customer service is no help. They make no effort to rectify their mistakes and it is very time consuming and frustrating. They have made 3 errors in the past month with my orders.

I had a terrible experience with the online shop. The product I ordered was leaking in the box when it’s arrived here. I sent an email with the photo to mailto:online.orders@lifepharmacy.co.nz. Then I received the template message. I think the person who replied to my email didn’t read my message well. I replied to the email with another photos but anyone else contacted with me.
