I am extremely disappointed with the "total lack of commonsense support" Microsoft is providing. After ringing the 0800 800 004 over several days to get an AI each time which continually gives me the same answer, doesn't offer any followup or checking that they have been able to help or was there anything else. I rang this number 3 x within a short period and was clearly identified as a previous caller and got the same "stock standard" answers and then just says goodbye. I have spent endless hours trying to troubleshoot the problem I am having with email using "xtra" through "new outlook" - a problem which I believe was caused through a recent MS update and could be solved if I could only talk to a human being. Support from Microsoft is extremely unproductive and not customer focussed.
