We sent a parcel a week ago on an overnight delivery The package never got delivered as far as we know it's sitting in Hamilton and has been for the last week We ring every day and they tell us

there investigation team will be in contact but no one ever is. And I really think they're waiting for me to stop calling so they can forget about it as I think it's been lost.. I had to give a rating to submit this otherwise If I didn't I wouldn't give them a star of any kind very poor service.

Your process and bot are a complete waste of my time! I've inserted my tracking information and the stupid phone bot doesn't recognize it?! How? Why? It is your freaking number, how can your automated bots not understand? How the hell do I get in touch with a human with this company? All I want to do is get my parcel that was meant to be received a month ago.

I only gave one star because I needed to register something.

International recorded delivery/courier - 2 experiences in the last 2 months.

First took weeks/ 2nd apparently still on an aeroplane after 9 days. The tracking paid for is non existent and the help lines inundated with people trained in lip service ie an apology, formatted, insincere and NO solutions.

Appalling service, expensive and no help whatsoever.

After several complaints to the Waikato Team about our local rural delivery guy, it seems the severity of the problem is being ignored. Can you please tell me where I can take a complaint to regarding sever issues locally that need addressing ? I am not the only person that has had ongoing problems with this delivery driver. What can you suggest please?
