Absolutely Poor customer care, poor service , appalling communication between team/ department, unreliable . Applied to switch to their connection seeing the “ advertisement “ . Got my email Id and home address wrong , got it right after repeated calls and emails , billed me $89 even before providing the connection and send the modem to the wrong address ( again) even after I opted for no modem and later persuaded to get one for “ ultimate “ connection! and later I was fed up , I communicated that I dont want to go with Nova internet connection because of communication gaps & poor service and to refund the money which was charged without providing me the service, instead I got another bill on the nova hub app!! Called again requested to stop billing and refund the money , and deleted the app so no idea if I am still being billed . Haven’t got the money back yet as their customer care rep said , probably my request is not yet registered after SEVERAL calls and emails. This company deserves zero rating . I don’t trust their advertisement from my experience.
