The Nelson Store on Trafalgar is outstanding, I would give it 10 stars if possible. All the employees are so helpful and patient, and believe me, they need to be patient with a customer like myself. Today, I had to return a pair of shoes that just "were not right" Jacqueline-2, the manager, was extremely nice and personable, a terrific asset to the store. The return was made easily. As always, I am very happy with the store and will always do my shoe shopping there. Thank you very much Number One Shoes.
