Firstly, it is difficult to get a hold of any store let alone trying to get someone to respond regarding an online purchase. I tried emailing 3 times before I got a reply to which when I did and was very greatful, however the reply asked which store I would like to collect from to which I replied as they were going to let the store know to hold it for me. I have had no response to that email once again. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow therefore I can pick up from Hamilton as Westfield and St Lukes are far from where I live. I asked for confirmation that Hamilton do have in stock. We will be on the road early to go to Rotorua and could stop in on way through to pick up. Since I havent had a reply I have tried phoning numbers online and they all seem to be out of service or not operating at this time?? To be honest I am a little fed up. And would actually like to speak to someone regarding this or just to know I can pick up this garment from Hamilton tomorrow morning as I dont want to go out of the way to find out they do not have it and its been sold.
