Warning, do not buy direct from samsung, terrible after sales service. You speak to a team in the Philippines that can't help you and won't put you through to anyone. I bought a flip 4 from samsung online, wished I'd gone to a store. I have been a loyal samsung customer for many years, very disappointed.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I am a cancer patient who went to Wellington for four days and caught COVID. Stayed 12 days Got home and found my 2 year old fridge wasn't working and all my food and expensive cancer medicine had been destroyed. I tried for 3 days to try to talk to a human being who knew something and not a call centre who just deliver platitudes but can't do anything. I finally managed to get an extension number of someone in my local store from a friend whose cousin works at NL. In the interim I was referred to the Samsung call centre in the Philippines. Couldn't understand one word. The only praise I have is for local shop assistant who once she knew of my plight three days later was very prompt in sorting things out.
The way the company runs it customer service is risable. I can ring three local appliance companies in Nelson and talk to a local person in five minutes.
Needless to say I will never buy another product from your company. Have to make it at least one star but it should be zero
Mark them zero. Never get an answer re repair. Ask for manager and wont put you through. Absolutely terrible to deal with.

unbelievably bad after sales service
Customer service is the worst I have come across. Taking well over a month for things to get solved and still hasn't up to date. I am following up any update every time and probably have called, emailed them 50 times +. Have been a loyal Samsung user for all/majority of my products for over 10 years and will now be ending my loyalty with them.
Would give them no stars if I could.
Have been i contact three times regarding my Z Flip phone with no reply from a rep re faulty screen which has already had it repaired . What about your customer service instead of talking to someone in call centre who assured me that contac will be made.
Redeemed an offer for vacuum cleaner after buying a washing machine. Still waiting for it since 3.5 months. The 0800 number goes to Philipinnes and they have no clue on this. Really frustrated with the service and response.
Got a new 65ish Tv and sound bar through Trust Power.. TV is good sound bar lasted an hour and it stopped working been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting for a replacement sound bar. i keep ringing to find out whats going and i get told waiting on approval. i want to know why so long/ VERY POOR
