Terrible experience after buying a Samsung Z Flip 4 directly from Samsung website, phone started playing up after 2 months of usage and then the customer service is based in Philippines, they can't help and put through to anyone, i am without a phone from past 1 month now and its still getting repaired. ref# 4365959761

Unfortunately having to agree with the other reviewers. Zero service, the woman I'm having to repeatedly email is borderline rude. My very expensive washing machine had a fault almost from new. It is now one year later and I still haven't got a satisfactory solution. Every time you call you get a new job number, no doubt to hide the fact that resolution takes way longer than it should. 1/10 would NOT recommend!
I would put ZERO stars if I could - the "support" from Samsung is so poor it's non existent. The hopeless people in the Philippians keep saying "sorry" about a million times then do nothing. My remote lasted 4 months and is under warranty yet no one seems to care. 1 week on and no action after 4 escalations for a "supervisor" to call? Samsung clearly don't care about customer experience.
Brought a vaccum 29th dec arrived around January 8th stopped working jan 26th spent 3 hours on hold to be hung up on , called back monday (didn't no they were ooen weekends by assumption) another hour told someone would call me here we are 530pm tuesday on hold again now for 30mins . Still no vacuum moving house 3 kids and this is apparently acceptable service 🙄 as a staunch samsung user phones tablets fridge then vacuum im uttery appalled at the lack service or assistance in rectifying the situation. Will be calling fair go writting a letter to the trade and commerce minister and the ombudsman. If you sell product in new zealand your call center should at least be based her to allow for these situations to be rectified quickly, effectively and efficiently. Service disgusting product obviously faulty and me still vacuumless . Its a 0 for me all over also will be taking my future buisness to the competition APPLE im horrified bybthis entire experience

TV faulty, sounder faulty and phone faulty. Trying to get these new items repaired is a missing in itself. Samsung suck. Truly suck. Bad service bad customer relations bad bad bad. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS.
Warning, do not buy direct from samsung, terrible after sales service. You speak to a team in the Philippines that can't help you and won't put you through to anyone. I bought a flip 4 from samsung online, wished I'd gone to a store. I have been a loyal samsung customer for many years, very disappointed.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I am a cancer patient who went to Wellington for four days and caught COVID. Stayed 12 days Got home and found my 2 year old fridge wasn't working and all my food and expensive cancer medicine had been destroyed. I tried for 3 days to try to talk to a human being who knew something and not a call centre who just deliver platitudes but can't do anything. I finally managed to get an extension number of someone in my local store from a friend whose cousin works at NL. In the interim I was referred to the Samsung call centre in the Philippines. Couldn't understand one word. The only praise I have is for local shop assistant who once she knew of my plight three days later was very prompt in sorting things out.
The way the company runs it customer service is risable. I can ring three local appliance companies in Nelson and talk to a local person in five minutes.
Needless to say I will never buy another product from your company. Have to make it at least one star but it should be zero
Mark them zero. Never get an answer re repair. Ask for manager and wont put you through. Absolutely terrible to deal with.
