Sky call centre is the worst waste of customer time and almost always cannot resolve the issue not to mention the language problem trying to understand the broken English of the poor call centre people. for customer service, your organisation is sorely lacking, and your new sky box launch is such a shambles I'm still waiting to be connected after shelling out your 150 bucks. My suggestion is to get things right before launching, and for goodness sake shorten your wait times on the call centre to below the hour you have to wait to speak to someone even if they cannot help you?

Sky used my direct debit to take 3x my monthly contract in April and twice my monthly contract in may no explanation. i sent an email asking whats going on, i got a reply eventually 10 days later saying they had cancelled my subscription and direct debit, i rang sky 30 minutes on the phone to be told thats how it is im sorry, WTF. I only gave the 1 star rating because i couldnt get any lower. Can i talk to a human.

Cannot even give a 1 star rating. Very poor service. Cannot speak with any one in Nz only in Asia. Have asjed to soeak with soneone in nz and they gmhang up on ne. Have been a sky customer for 40 years. Shame on you sky

Beyond poor care of service to customers - no service for my elderly father for 3 weeks now and counting, numerous email requests for a technician visit only to be given 3 different schedule dates that seem to all fall on every Saturday in a row now and no-one has turned up (do technicians work in the weekends?) also we have never been able to get through via phone every couple of days that we have tried calling. My father has also paid in advance for the month but has not been able to use the sky service so far for 3 weeks. Will be formalizing a complaint to both Sky NZ and consumer protection, taking money and not providing a service is not only unethical and gross, but against the Consumer Guarantees Act.

No call back or email responses or chat responses for 12 days and still counting! In the meantime I have no Sky and cannot talk to anyone about it! Every day I call the call center, there's a 1 hour waiting time and I still have not had one single response!! When I FINALLY got someone on Chat, she ended the call before I could finish texting my message and still haven't heard back from Sky, two weeks is absolutely ridiculous
