Arranged order of photo books with large production and delivery time. Now past delivery date, found order on hold without contacting me. I contacted chat line 3 days in row, they say I have to wait for email ( which previous order it took a week for email), and they finally gave me 0800 number and nobody answers phone at customer service after couple hrs trying. I have found NZ head office website contact to find ph number not connected ?!? I have an order I need to go to australia with end of week, spent over $200 and cant get info from any person. Is this a legitimate business as maybe not and taken money! Poor communication and service.
