#MustRead #shametobesparkcustomer I Bought s21 Ultra phone looking at the add on facebook. Phone + Earbuds. That offer was valid from 29th November to December.
I bought the phone in first week of December. When i went to the store , the guys there advised there is no such offer currently available and just sent me with the phone. I saw the Deal again ony fb Feeds from spark and called them. No one helped me and they infact cheated me by giving wrong information. Should i call this cheating or no knowledge on your own offers and products or trying to make your customer a fool ?? even after showing your offers on your page ,they say i dont get earbuds. I messaged on spark fb page with screenshots and i taught to approach a consumer forum or someone who can help me. Then one among their staff came up asking my address to send the ear buds. After 10 days of my efforts, im getting what i have to get. What if some old person in my place didn't know or ask?? What if i belived your dumb staff and gaveup?? Clear cheating..i laterally wasted 10 days talking to you guys over the phone,explaining every random person answering my calls, being on hold for ages...Do i deserve all this nonsense... Ive been your Business customer for last two years and not happy at all!!! I need Explaination for the cheating you've done.
