Extremely poor service I have spent over 3 1/2 hours on hold to sort a problem out is this really good enough sent emails no one replied sent private messages still no luck wouldn't recommend 2 degrees to any one at the moment extremely disappointing after 10 years of being a customer
Hopeless service. Cant call the help line. It keeps being shut down. Tried to email and was told my 2degrees telephone number was invalid!!!!!!!
Unable to talk to anyonhe or get anywhere on the internet. Always bad abd service

Not happy, I am trying to touch with customer service from ages, they not able to pick my call. I am very disappointed with 2 degree service, I have done so may emails, no one is replying my emailed which is important for me
