if i could give a lower rating i would. rang KB today at 1.29pm was told 10 min waiting time. Left phone n0 for call back. 1 hour later still waiting for call back. Rang 0800 n0 again was told a ten minute wait s decided to wait. stupid me. After waiting on the phone for another hour no response and still no call back. Took screenshots of time waiting or should say wasted waiting for someone to talk to. I am getting sick of this from KB everyday time i ring the 0800 n0' which is not often i get the same message' we are currently experiencing high calls at this time. does the whole of NZ ring KB at this time of the day??????? KB is fast enough to charge their customers when they do something wrong but all we get from them is an apology. I'm sorry but we are busy. How do you maintain a relationship with your customers with service like this, in fact how do you operate a banking system like this. I give KB a rating of minus 8 for their lack of service.
