Informed me that there could not confirm an upgrade request submitted 3 weeks before a flight fro Seoul. System would then not allow submission for a recognition upgrade but they still deducted $700 for the original upgrade they never gave. Managed to finally connect with an operator tonight who then transferred me to silence and eventual cut off of the call.Trading pretty hard on customer loyalty.
Waiting for 4 months to get refund for a cancelled flight. Impossible to find someone to communicate with.

Has anybody actually used the email above??? Just another dead end. Airnz, if you are to be taken seriously you should be able to be contacted more easily. I am appalled by your lack of transparency.
Terrible Service. Always put on hold for hours and still waiting 8 months for a claim.
I got back from Singapore on 9.30am 5 June on Air NZ 283 - (my 2nd Air NZ Int'l in a row over an hour late - reasons - just short Air Crew apology after boarding never given). After arriving at AKL I found part of my new hold bag 'destroyed' below wheels and standing devices. In 50 years using Air NZ have never seen damage like it, and never claimed. Spoke to Air NZ Rep at AKL and told as a code share flight with Singapore, and 1st flight with them/their baggage tag,, I should claim with them. No one from SAL at airport so waited until back home and emailed claim/photos. Acknowledged by SAL with a number. 3 days later they came back and said airlines policy with codes hare carriers is for last carrier to accept any lost claims etc. For two days I have tried to get 'sense' out of Air NZ. Their robot 'humans/AI' said a SAL problem. Not interested in my SAL email details. I asked for a phone number or their email address for AKL baggage services. They would not divulge but said if I wanted I could go into their Baggage claim website. Again not intereted in any back story - ever. I then found the very complex Air NZ damage claim form needing many photos etc, BUT claim could not be lodged as "over 4 days" since event. (SAL allow 7 days). Rang back and another 40 minutes on phone. Eventually when said I would have to escalate (I didn't know to whom??) they gave me an email address ((but no phone number. for AKL (only) "baggage". )) Time will tell. As an Air NZ shareholder I am wondering when current NZ born C.E. (but recruited ex WalMart US at great cost to retire here) has allowed the rundown of Air NZ so far, it is getting ripe for a buy out!!
Air New Zealand lost my baggage, but located in a day later. That was 4 days ago and they will not deliver it. Except for the email stating they found the baggage they won’t reply to my email.
Atrocious service...what happened Air New Zealand?? You have fallen off the cliff. Hours on hold, no answer, no assistance? Stranded and now in my 3rd hour on hold. Your email address even gets bounced back. Have flown Air NZ for decades - can't believe what's happened to you.
trying to talk to anyone other than reservations at Air New Zealand is impossible; and then you are on hold for 3+ hours waiting (Oct 28 2022) .
The concept is worthwhile.........because Air New Zealand certainly don't provide ANY contact information on their site!
But needs to be updated. Aren't the based at the airport now?
