The worst service. I tried canceling order as I had to purchase items elsewhere and within a couple of hours the tracking number was issued. I redirected to Chemist Warehouse Store! I will not accept garbage service.

Today i received my perfume order. I received 1 bottle only instead of the 2 that i ordered. The missing bottle is valued at $77.99, they have my money, order value is $112.99. I received the bottle valued at $34.99 only. I cannot get to speak to anyone. What a disgrace they are. Nobody answered the customer service line, or the online orders line. Waited 40 minutes. Disgusting. I want my $77.99 that they have refunded. Watch this space after i email them, never again will i order ANYTHING from them, morons.
Why is there an 0800 line when no one answer the phone and especially when u can hear someone pressing the button instead of answering it. Bloody useless! How are people suppose to know where their online order is at when we can’t get a hold of anyone. Take note, don’t waste your time ringing this line no one works there.
Terrible Customer Service. No one answer phone or emails. Placed order 8 days ago and still hasn’t despatched. Can’t get hold of anyone to see what’s going on. Never again.
Worst online ordering services ever. Canceled 1 item when prices were low with excuse that it's not available & when looked at website it's available to order but with higher price. Not answering any of my 5 emails on this regard. Shame on you

Ordered and paid for online order. Not supplied, won't answer emails or even answer phone calls. Unbelievable, Not accepting this, total rip off. They are there to take your order and money, but don't want to know when you have a problem. Less than 1 star!!!
Disgusted this morning. Two Indian girls who work for the store gabbing away in their own language, not helping or assisting anyone, intent in their own conversation. If they are attending to customers where their language skills are required, that is great, however to be getting paid for just shooting the breeze in a foreign language doesn't say much for the company and their work ethic! This is an english-speaking workplace. If they want to speak their own language do it in your own time! Customers will not approach staff for assistance if they are speaking in their own language and the sooner retail companies deal with this matter the better.
When I approached the young man to serve me I made this point. The opinionated little miss on the till next to him called me a racist. I am mixed race. I did say that the young people need to be more respectful and had a lot to learn. However, it was very apparent her arrogant opinion was the only one that mattered. At the other store in Manukau you don't here the Maori or Pasifika staff speaking their own language.
If the rest of the ratings are anything to go by no senior staff member will even bother reading this or act on the complaint. Typical of big corporates, want your money, don't care about customer relations/service.
They put me on hold, Its been 2 years and im still on hold. I missed my birthday twice, my dog died, my girlfriend left me and my son got married. Im hoping i get to talk to them by 2025. Would be nice.
